Funding and Fees (from September 2026)

We accept the following types of government funding:
- 15 hours for 3 and 4 year olds
- 30 hours for eligible working families
- 15 hours for eligible disadvantaged 2 Year olds
- Tax Free childcare
We do not charge for Bank Holidays.
Parents can choose between either a Term Time only contract (39 weeks) or a 48-week contract.
Please note that Government funding only covers Term Time hours so you will be invoiced for sessions falling outside Term Time.
Chargeable extras (Consumables)
Government funding is intended to cover the cost to deliver 15 or 30 hours a week of high quality, flexible childcare only. It is not intended to cover the cost of meals, consumables, additional hours, or additional services.

- Special Offer: Paying for all three chargeable extras costs a total of £3.00 per 3 hour session
- These fees are voluntary and will be charged where a family has opted in as part of their childcare contract.
- They will be added to your monthly invoice, unless you opt out of paying.
- The ability to switch in or out of chargeable extras is termly.
- If you wish to opt out of paying, you can speak with the Manager to discuss the alternative options available.
- We will not ask you to pay a Consumables Charge if your child is eligible for Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP).
- It is not possible to select items from each category for your child to participate in or for you to supply.
- Fees are applied in full where attendance is anticipated as part of your agreed childcare contract.
- Where it is necessary for us to supply any individual item listed, the full fee will be charged.
*Breakfast and Tea charges will be added to Breakfast and Teatime sessions as applicable
