Lunch session (11:45-12:30)	£6.38 (a packed lunch needs to be provided)

We accept the following types of government funding:

• 15 hours for 3 and 4 year olds
• 30 hours for eligible working families
• 15 hours for eligible disadvantaged 2 Year olds
• Tax Free childcare

We do not charge for Bank Holidays.

Chargeable extras (Consumables)

Government funding is intended to cover the cost to deliver 15 or 30 hours a week of high quality, flexible childcare only. It is not intended to cover the cost of meals, consumables, additional hours, or additional services.

Optional Services and Activities	£3.00 Per 3 hour session
Non-Food Consumables	£1.50 Per 3 hour session
Food Consumables (Snack)	£0.50 Per 3 hour session

• Special Offer: Paying for all three chargeable extras costs a total of £3.00 per 3 hour session
• These fees are voluntary and will be charged where a family has opted in as part of their childcare contract.
• They will be added to your monthly invoice, unless you opt out of paying.
• The ability to switch in or out of chargeable extras is termly.
• If you wish to opt out of paying, you can speak with the Manager to discuss the alternative options available.
• We will not ask you to pay a Consumables Charge if your child is eligible for Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP).
• It is not possible to select items from each category for your child to participate in or for you to supply.
• Fees are applied in full where attendance is anticipated as part of your agreed childcare contract.
• Where it is necessary for us to supply any individual item listed, the full fee will be charged.
